When your printing opportunity has technical problems, we will try our best to provide additional support outside the manufacturer, and our support service team will do everything possible to help you.

01. CREATE TICKET

To help users solve the technical problems of the printer faster and more efficiently. Please fill in the information on the support ticket, such as contact method, product model, and problems encountered. Our technical team will reply to the solution within 1-2 Working Days.

02. UPLOAD IMAGE/ VIDEO

We Strongly Recommend that customers upload photos, videos or screenshots related to printer problems when submitting support tickets. In this way, we can provide more precise technical support.

Reminder: To customers of PANTUM products, please ensure that your printer has completed the Warranty Registration so that the whole service process can be easier and faster.

Mr. Print always happy to help our customer to solve the problem of printing. Sometimes, we also suggest our customer to contact with the Customer Service of Printer Manufacturer if Mr. Print cannot solve it base on the service policy from them.
