Standard Express Service (Free delivery on orders over HK$300)
We offer FREE shipping on orders amount over HK$300 (For Delivery Items) within Hong Kong. HK$20 Administration Charge will be applied for the order amount lower than HK$300 (Exclude Downloadable Content).
Optional: Standard Express Service to (Residential Address)
Shipments collected from or delivered to Hong Kong’s residential address will be subject to HK$20 surcharge.
Optional: Standard Express Service to (Remote Areas)
Shipments collected from or delivered to Hong Kong’s Remote Areas will be subject to HK$30 service charge.
Fast Deliveries (For Pantum products and Mr. Print CompatibleToner only)
These products are stored in Mr. Print warehouse. Once the order is confirmed, it will have proceeded to pack session immediately. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day from receipt of your order acceptance confirmation (you’ll receive this via email after we’ve performed the necessary security checks).
Our deliveries take place from Mondays to Fridays only (excluding bank holidays). Typically, you should expect to receive delivery of your order within 48 hours, however for Residential Address and Remote Areas destinations delivery will normally be within 72 hours.
Merchant delivery/ Pre-order
After the order is confirmed, Mr. Print Customer Service will contact you for the delivery time. We will send a message to your email account 2-3 working days before the item is delivered. If you want to change your delivery arrangement, please contact customer service via Live Chat, Email, and Hotline.
Mr. Print should send you the Invoice by email after the payment is completed. Also, you can log-in to “My Account” page to review and download the Invoice in Mr. Print online shop.
Mr. Print make every effort to ship orders as scheduled. However, delivery time may be affected if some unexpected situations occurred, such as remote area, traffic jam, bad weather, systems or operation breakdown. This applies to orders that are complete and free of credit problems or backorder items.
Mr. Print offers a simple and safe online ordering service with no additional costs. This includes a large choice of payment options, including Stripe, Paypal, a major credit card issued in Hong Kong.

Payment by credit card via Stripe
To pay with your credit card, select the type of credit card you want to use and enter your card number and expiry date. Credit card numbers will be used exclusively for the payment process and will be treated with the utmost security.
Pre-Payment by bank transfer/ Cheque
If you choose the pre-payment from the payment options, we will send an email with the invoice and payment instructions. As soon as we have confirmation that the amount has been credited to our bank account, you’ll receive an email confirming that the order is being processed. If payment is not received within 30 days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
Open Invoice (For Business Customers)
Only available for Business customers and subject to a credit check. Invoices are payable within 30 days from date of invoice.
Cash on Delivery
Mr. Print Customer Service will contact you to confirm that after we received the order within 1-2 working days.
