Fast Deliveries (For Pantum products and Mr. Print CompatibleToner only)
These products are stored in Mr. Print warehouse. Once the order is confirmed, it will have proceeded to pack session immediately. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day from receipt of your order acceptance confirmation (you’ll receive this via email after we’ve performed the necessary security checks).
Our deliveries take place from Mondays to Fridays only (excluding bank holidays). Typically, you should expect to receive delivery of your order within 48 hours, however for Residential Address and Remote Areas destinations delivery will normally be within 72 hours.
Merchant delivery/ Pre-order
Upon receiving your order, Mr. Print will begin the ordering process immediately. Typically, the product will arrive at the Mr. Print warehouse within 7-14 business days, but some products may take longer.

通過Stripe利用信用卡付款
要使用信用卡付款, 請選擇要使用的信用卡類型, 並輸入您的信用卡號碼和到期日期。 信用卡號碼將專門適用型號支付過程, 並將以最大的安全性進行處理。
預付款 – 銀行轉帳付款/支票
如果您從付款選項中選擇預付款, 我們將發送一封電子郵件, 其中包含發票和付款的方法。 一旦我們確認金額已記入我們的銀行帳戶, 您將收到一封電子郵件, 確認訂單正在處理中。 如果在收到您的訂單後30天內沒有收到付款, 訂單將被取消, 並通過電子郵件通知您。
信用賬戶 (只適用商業客戶)
僅適用適用型號商務客戶, 並需進行信用檢查。 發票應在發票日期後30天內支付。
貨到付款
Mr. Print客服務員將在1-2個工作日內收到訂單後與您聯繫確認。

Please call/email us if you want to cancel or change your order.
If you’ve paid for your order, you won’t be able to cancel. However, if you’ve paid with any other payment method, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes after completing your order.
