Thank you for purchasing a Pantum product.
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Pantum guarantees that it will repair the product where there is a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship (the “Warranty”) within the warranty periods indicated below.
Warranty Periods
If you register your product with us after 7 days and within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will have a 3 years Warranty starting from that date. Otherwise, we only offer a one year “Bring-in” Warranty from the invoice or product production date.
* The 3 years warranty is not applicable to store display products.For details, please refer to the warranty reference charts as below:
