Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period: 1st Sep 2020 to 30th Sep 2020. (Both days inclusive)
2. Promotion Model and suggested retail price：DCPL3551CDW ($2,598), MFCL3750CDW ($2,798) and MFCL3770CDW ($3,098)
3. Promotion Gift: Customers who purchased at least one of the above promotion models to be delivered in HK within the promotion period will be entitled to redeem supermarket cash coupon
   1. For promotion model DCPL3551CDW, the supermarket coupon redeem value is $300.
   2. For promotion model MFCL3750CDW and MFCL3770CDW, the supermarket coupon redeem value is $200.
4. Redemption Registration deadline: within 30 days date of purchase from date of purchase as shown on invoice.
5. Each customer or each address can redeem supermarket cash coupon for a maximum of 2 machines purchased among all Brother promotions.
6. Premium Redemption Registration:
   Customer are required to redeem through below link, and provide the following information https://www.brother.com.hk/en/promotion/free-gift-redemption, from the 8th day to the 30th day (both days inclusive) of purchase.
7. Collection Method:
   1. Customer will receive a Redemption Letter by post within 2 month after receiving customer’s successful registration
      
   2. Customer must redeem the supermarket cash coupon within the time set out in Redemption letter. The below documents must be presented to effect redemption.- Redemption letter (Name need to be same as the ID card)
      – Original sales invoices (Date of purchase must fall within this Terms and Conditions)
      – Serial number sticker and product code cut out from carton box (refer to sample)

9. Customer who cannot provide above redemption documents, cannot do the redemption registration within the stated period or does not collect the promotion gift within the promotion period as specified in the Redemption Letter shall be deemed to forfeit his gift.
10. Promotion gift will be available while stock last, or use same gift value as replacement without prior notification.
11. This promotion is not valid for resellers’ registration.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
13. This promotion is only entitled for the machine that purchased in HKSAR and Macau SAR
