Returns Policy

All goods supplied by Mr. Print are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty. If an exchange or refund is required, then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalized unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights. In addition, products or items not eligible for return include but not limited to the following:

  • any opened software;
  • any products modified, tampered or altered by any person other than personnel;
  • any products with defects caused by any damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with product instructions,
  • any products with defects caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Mr.Print;
  • Returns due to personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the quality after use;
  • any other products or items not meeting any return or exchange requirements, or process set forth in this return policy.

 

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, Printer are to be returned along with the original packing box and accessories. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items for replacement, we dispatch the replacement goods to you free of charge. Please note that cash refunds are not available for any purchases made. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or dampened with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
